The whole area of Supplier Diversity is relatively unknown in the UK. We want to encourage large organisations to examine their supply chain and consider the impact and benefits to be gained by contracting with diverse-owned businesses.

With 2012 around the corner, the potential opportunities for growth of BAME (Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic), women and disabled-owned enterprises, particularly those based in London, is substantial. We believe that by opening the market place to the widest possible range of suppliers, diversity will drive up competition, innovation and productivity and bring better value for money.


engage is not just a magazine, it is a series of networking events running throughout the year, providing a tangible platform for large and small organisations to engage.
