Free business support programme for BAMER led Social Enterprises in London

Ready to Grow will help social entrepreneurs achieve their triple bottom line objectives through flexible and individualised capacity building, one-to-one business support, training workshops and specialist consultancy.
The ‘Ready to Grow programme’, funded by Capacitybuilders, is a partnership initiative between community investment agency Olmec and management consultancy Red Ochre.
The three year programme of training and support will be delivered by professional social enterprise advisors including Uday Thakkar, managing director of Red Ochre and Social Enterprise Mentor of the Year 2008, and Claudine Reid, Social Enterprise Ambassador and Director of Operations at PJs Community Services.
The Ready to Grow team are looking to select candidates who they believe will benefit from this unique support programme. Candidates will be offered a combination of services most suitable to their assessed needs at the time.
The programme is now open for applications – candidates have until March 31st to express their interest.
Uday Thakkar, Managing Director of Red Ochre commented;
“This programme is open to aspiring social entrepreneurs looking to develop their idea, as well as to established social enterprises looking for constructive advice and support to help them scale up. We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates who have the potential to progress and to become demonstrably more sustainable. Ready to Grow will be officially launched on Friday 21st November at the British Library.
