Getting legal advice abroad

MSI is a global alliance of lawyers and accountants and all members must be verified and fluent in English. Head of corporate at LA, David Ashplant commented:

LA has recently used fellow MSI firms in Spain, France and the USA to assist clients with acquisitions in those countries and in France, Holland, Italy and Switzerland to help clients with contracts or commercial disputes in those countries.  The MSI network is worldwide and LA has also recently used the firms in India and Mexico to assist clients.

LA also produces a regular emerging markets bulletin with MSI highlighting developing market economies and opportunities.
